Busy week to say the least ^^

Monday, we had our cluster outing to Kenko fish spa.. yeah I know I had the same reaction but surprisingly it turned out to be an interesting session. Basically the fish nibble off the dead skin on your legs and it feels like pins and needles ^^ After a while it got pretty fun observing the fish, but when they chiong it gets really ticklish =P I think after that, all of us had really nice smooth legs =P

Wednesday, had to analyze our abalone slide results in NTU.. I spent almost 12 hours in the lab from 9 to 9 just running the SEM and FTIR on our samples.. god that was an unforgivably tiring day. My prof offered me a job in his lab! ^^ at a better pay then my current one too! I'd probably have to give it some thought..
In any case the results we've gotten are pretty conflicting to say the least.. we may be on to something new here ^^
We need to begin doing our poster for the research conference.. I'm afraid I've been too busy trying to fit everything, including relaxing, into my holidays =P

I'm really pissed of by whoever scheduled me to work on Thursday. There was ONE of me and THREE supervisors on shift in the morning! I mean I have never heard of THREE supervisors in one shift.. and since supervisors NEVER lend a hand at cleaning up, I handled the afternoon crowd and was then expected to clean up the mess in the back, all by myself! I tell you I was freakin pissed, my tag says sandwich artist not cleaning lady dammit! It is not fair of them to schedule only one non-management personnel when supervisors seem to think it beneath them to clear up and obviously I have to be the one doing everything!
In any case, I'm glad that someone doesn't have enough guts to approach me... Means I don't get harassed while working.. Our store has become the dumping ground for all the creeps and retards for some reason.. Is it really too much to ask for competent staff??

Yesterday one of the supervisors over baked a whole batch of cookies.. means I get to bring them home ^^ because they can't be sold but they're still edible.. haha I think I got more then 30 cookies.. My dad was like grinning from ear to ear.. my whole family consists of leeches =D

Went to watch Prince Caspian yesterday and I'm sorry to say that I was GREATLY disappointed... As a loyal fan of the Narnia series, I feel it impossible that the same people who managed to make The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe could turn around and produce this road kill of a movie let alone an adaptation. I mean the Telmarines sounded like Spaniards struggling to speak English, the dialogue was clumsy and they inserted a *spoiler* pairing between Caspian and Susan that NEVER EXISTED in the novel!! *spoiler* The movie started of fine, but then somewhere along the way, someone decided that this needed to be more of a teen film rather then a dignified fantasy adaptation and the film suddenly lost focus (not to mention proper dialogue). Somehow by the time the film ended, it felt like everything after the first half of the film was rushed and was very abrupt and not well thought through.. sigh.. and I was so hoping that this would turn out nicely.. Although Reepicheep was really cute(!<3) and at least not that much of a disappointment since he's my favourite character ^^ (I like him better in the Dawn Treader though)


"Not yet" ? I sincerely hope he was joking..
